SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer flat rate shipping via Canada Post as follows:

    • Standard Shipping (Canada): Flat rate of $10. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once your order has shipped.

    • Expedited Shipping (Canada): Flat rate of $20. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days once your order has shipped.

    • Tracked Packet (USA): Flat rate of $15. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days once your order has shipped.

    • Xpresspost (USA): Flat rate of $35. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days once your order has shipped.

    • Tracked Packet (International): Flat rate of $35. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days once your order has shipped.

    • Xpresspost (International): Flat rate of $65. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship globally. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Customs and Duty Disclaimer: Please be aware that customs and duties may be applicable to international orders. These fees are imposed by the recipient's country and are not under our control. While we work diligently to facilitate smooth international shipping, we are not liable for any customs or duties charges incurred during the importation process. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please see our return and exchange policy below:

  • Returns: You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. 

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can also do so within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the new item once we receive the original item. 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt, and your refund will be processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
